Unfortunately this location is now permanently closed. The sign was removed on August 14, 2020, the studio was closed since mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.

Been an member for almost a year and I love it! The staff and coaches are truly exceptional and the workouts keep me motivated and feel strong! From the front end staff, management and coaches - everyone is truly dedicated to you having a good experience!

The Danforth studio is a community. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and that the people here actually like each other. You can tell that the team who works at Danforth want everyone to enjoy not just the workout but being in the space. Kudos team!

Great first experience. i really liked the pace and vibe of the workout session and its what gave me the green light to sign up to get my workouts consistent. Also, getting that followup call to see how i was feeling the next day really made me feel more at home there with there coaches. I am looking forward to the next class.

Literally the best gym I ever went to! The staff as well as the coaches are super friendly. I arrived here a couple of weeks ago and I felt right at home! Thank you so much guys, keep it up!
