(August 31, 2018, 12:48 am)I had a billing issue that I’d been (frustratingly to no avail) trying to resolve for 2 months. Annika at this location was so friendly and helpful and took the time to help me resolve it. I’d like to extend my gratitude to her and her coworkers for being on their customer service A-game in an arena otherwise riddled with difficult interactions. If you have to get yourself to a Rogers location for any reason I cannot recommend this one highly enough. Thank you Annika

(August 20, 2016, 8:40 pm)OK so this store's manager Amanda is literally THE BEST customer service representative I've ever dealt with in my 48 years! She ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure he customers are happy and completely satisfied with the services! Even if another store is closer to you, if you need the best, go there are ask for Amanda!
If Rogers have things like employee of the month - she should be Employee of the Year!
