His ability to explain the techniques (and for us old guys, the progressions!) and the physiological aspects is very helpful. His instruction works well for me and my son (we have done a couple of classes together) which bodes well for a teacher that can help both young and old. If you are interested in MovNat or any of the other things that Alex offers, I would highly recommend him as a teacher and trainer.

(August 7, 2018, 2:39 pm)Had a nasty ankle roll and was sent to Natural Mobility. The treatment provided me with pain relief right away. I was also given instructions on stretches for after care. This is by far the best treatment I've received!!
