Update: I initially visited Dr. Ambra just for acupuncture, but her exercise and supplement recommendations have made a much larger impact in my general well being over the past couple months. Highly recommend. -

It's awesome to have a doctor take the effort to make such a personalized program based on your body type, lifestyle and specific goals.
