(October 23, 2018, 5:42 pm)Food is decent-to-good, but the menu, service, view and general ambience are simply not up to the standards of the rest of Hotel X.
The service tends to be somewhat slow, even when it's nearly empty. It makes you feel like you're an annoyance, rather than a welcome customer. The food is pretty good, but the menu is small. Prices are OK, but not great. The breakfast menu is nice, but way overpriced, especially for add ons.
