  Incredible experience with 7 star service and accommodation. Not only were we upgraded to an beautiful corner suite, we were also given complimentary access to the lounge for breakfast and evening wine and cheese.
  We stayed here 11 nights, and from start to finish, it was amazing. The service was above and beyond what we expected.
  The hotel itself is beautiful and the design is something to admire.
  
  This is the only hotel we will use in Toronto because no other hotels here can possibly be better than what we experienced at Hotel X.

  We stayed for 11 nights and we enjoyed every second. This hotel is absolutely amazing! The service was great, the room was as clean as a room can be. The library club for the breakfast and wine and cheese everyday was totally worth it!! We will definitely come back! Not sure how this hotel isn't 6 stars.

  This review is a little late as I went for labour day long weekend, two nights! I have never stayed in a higher end Toronto hotel, so wow was this a cool experience. They were also hosting the Kandy Gallery by Neil Dankoff (photography) which was a sight to behold. The Ex was literally right beside the hotel, which is amazing if you want to relax and also indulge in some carnival fun. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated, and my room had an amazing view of the Lakeshore. Had breakfast lunch and dinner there as well, the food is slightly expensive but you certainly get what you pay for as the food was great. Check this place out!

  This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the bars with wonderful views, to the swimming pool open all year round, to the service we received from all staff. I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond, as cliche as that is, to make our stay a memorable one. The interior design of the place is beautiful. There is so much available in the hotel alone I didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back

  They have thought of everything! From arrival to departure, this is one of the easiest and natural hotel experiences I’ve ever had. With a clear focus on technology including ability to simply text for requests and concerns, I have never encountered such proficient service! Personally I had dealings with Simona, Ryan, and Danielle - while every single staff member I encountered was both kind and competent, these were the three I dealt directly with.
  Beds were ridiculously comfy! Amazing showers! Movie theatre! Great coffee in the rooms! Just brilliant!! I was here for a conference but will find a way to get my whole family back.
