(November 29, 2017, 7:56 pm)Having walked by and seeing this new kid on the block, I was intrigued with the offerings. There were both rolls and sushi to be had (sorry, no sashimi to be had here). The pre-packs have quite a bit of variety and there are also your salads for those so inclined. With me being the glutton that I am, I was looking for more than just that one offerering. When they asked what was wrong, I asked if we could request for special makes and their response was "of course" what would you like. The freshly made specialty platter was much less than I expected and the taste was spot on. I would like to see how this sushi restaurant will slowly evolve and what new offerings will be had. I am hoping for a miso soup to go along with the foods or lunch combos going forward. Here's to wishing but again, they just opened and feeling out the market in the food court.
