I had the cold Noodles with Homemade Pork Sauce, and it was amazing. I had the thick udon style noodle and it was hearty and chewy. The pork sauce was so good. I also had the gyoza which was really tasty with an incredible dip! Will be going back for sure! Oh! And I ate it at the pop up market GEM. check it out!

Amazing noodles, quality is top notch. Honestly, I'm so thrilled every time we get our order that I always forget to take a picture. Whether you're ordering broth or chow mein or anything else on the menu, I will always recommend GB.

The food here was so delicious. We were a party of 8 and tried a little of everything and it all lived up to our hopes. Lots of flavour! You can order your noodles to your preference (narrow, wide, very wide, thick, etc) and the noodles themselves were cooked to perfection no matter which ones you got. Kids were enraptured watching the guy pull the noodles through a plexiglass window - neat touch. Cute little dining room was very full - we are hopeful that means that it will stick around for a while.

The broth was very tasty, fresh chives and not too salty. Noodles were delicious! Small bowl was a fair amount of food. The side of dumplings we got were also tasty as well!
The restaurant was a bit cold so that could always improve to enhance the overall experience. For the price and quality of what you get, I’ll definitely go back.
