I’d like to share our story about purchasing our first house, Unfortunately We chose a wrong agent and it was very hard for us to make a decision about buying a house but consulting with Mr Nojavan was literally helpful. He is professional, honest and supportive; he knows the property market very well and how to negotiate to get the best result. I definitely recommend Mr Nojavan considering he has a great knowledge in his field and look forward to working with him in the future.

(January 23, 2021, 2:31 am)I was looking to buy a property in downtown Toronto as an investment property, I was confuse.
Vahid help me to refinance my house without selling this house and help me to buy a good property in downtown Toronto at the same day the property came to the market less than asking price in this hot market.
I did all these without any stress, I strongly recommend vahid to all the people that want to sell or buy the property , at least get his opinion and advise.
His knowledge and experience is wonderful and he is very patient with client and knows what his doing and what the client wants.
I will work with him for sure all my life and recommend for all the people.

Amazing how he was able to find the perfect place in such little time. He took care of everything along the way and made sure we were never confused or scared. 10/10 would recommend

Vahid knew and understood exactly what we needed and after a few searches he found the perfect home for us. He was very patient with us, honest and very very professional. He is very knowledgeable about the market and even knowledgeable with the quality of a home and he know the laws surrounding buying a property. He was able to negotiate for us and we were able to buy our house under asking price with this crazy market. We will definitely be going back to him when we decide to buy our investment property and would recommend him 100% to anyone wanting to buy a home, you will not be disappointed!.
