He made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as it could be.Mehdi cares passionately about his job and his calming manner worked wonder for us. I can’t speak highly enough of him. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected.I would not work with anybody else!

(December 23, 2020, 4:34 am)10 stars out of 5! Mehdi and his team are friendly,professional with "get it done" human touch. Mehdi led our home sell and purchase. We are convinced that he never sleeps.His attentive response to all questions, whether by phone, email or in person was greatly appreciated, and was always timely and informative. There is no hard sell; it’s about meeting the clients’ needs every step of the way. Purchasing a new home or selling one is stressful, full stop. However, much of the process was made incredibly easy through great communication. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how pleased we have been with Mehdi. Thank you Mehdi and the rest of the team, who greeted and treated us like family.

(November 10, 2020, 7:25 pm)Matty sold a house for us and purchased another one . He guided us through all steps of renovation, finance etc and we r truly grateful for him. Even now whenever we need guidance or help we reach him. But more importantly he is simply the best real estate agent that you can find especially for selling your house. While majority of agents are there for money, Matty loves his job. I cannot believe in Toronto's worst crash market (May 2017) Matty sold our house 120k more than what we were hopping and only after I insisted; he was not happy with the price and wanted to sell even more expensive. Search no more; he is the best agent you can find
