They helped me identify patterns in the houses I liked and disliked and educated me about houses along the way.They ultimately led me to my dream home in the neighbourhood I wanted and still within my budget!

Karen and Russell weren't just knowledgeable in terms of the purchase process, but made our inspection, evaluating repairs and everything else simple and reassuring, and did all of this during a pandemic that made everything 100% more complex. The expertise they shared, and the introductions they provided to other professionals when we needed an inspector, and help making small repairs and changes before moving in, made a potentially stressful experience really smooth.

He made the hunt for our new rental property an absolute dream. My partner and I were hesitant to enlist the help of a real estate agent, as we had experiences in the past that made us feel as though we were a bother rather than a priority. But, Russell truly made us feel like we were hunting for a million dollar home to buy, not just a rental. He listened to our ‘want and need’ list, made helpful suggestions and went straight to work finding us the right properties to view. He was as determined as we were to find the [perfect] place to call home, and we could truly feel it.
If you have the opportunity to work with Russell [and Karen], do it. Whether you're renting, buying, browsing, they know how to get the job done right and are caring, too. Russell is a professional agent and a fun guy, what more could you want?!
