Helya is truly the best you can find. We were first time home buyers, and were looking to buy a house / condo in downtown Toronto. We really knew nothing about the housing market. She was incredibly thorough in her searches. She truly cared about wanting us to find a home. Many realtors are looking to complete a transaction and get you a house, but Helya wanted us to find a home. She was very patient with us, kept in mind all of our concerns and needs and was a boss negotiating our sale price. I have recommended Helya to anyone I know who is looking to buy or rent and would recommend her again and again and again.

Helya has been an amazing professional when it comes to finding a new place. When I looked for a place for my family to settle in I thought to have an idea through a couple of agents. But after a couple of tries never found the others to be as professional and responsive as she was. I had asked for a couple of options and she gave me the best of it. Nevertheless she had looked through every detail and had asked me to have an eye for details. Most outstanding quality was that people try to dump a few places on you which may not have do well in terms of quality but she gave the best ideas in terms of locality and even for showings.
