Gary helped us find the perfect model based on our checklist and Lisa patiently and clearly explained the warranty and service packages. We felt very well supported in making this large investment and are very happy with our purchase. Gary was awesome at replying to us promptly and keeping us posted while we waited for our model to arrive. Great experience, and we will be back in the future.

(August 9, 2020, 4:56 pm)My sales representative Sham Mughal was super friendly and answered any question or concern about the vehicle I was interested in they had all kinds of protocols to keep me safe during this Covid 19 atmosphere. My sales rep was great at accommodating my budget and made it happen. Staff was friendly from moment I walked in and I didn't have to wait like as if you were waiting for your doctor. I have been shopping for a vehicle for 3 months and most act like they don't even see you but Ford Lincoln is GRRRREAT for client attention. If you are serious about a vehicle don't hesitate they will make your day and do it with a smile.
