Graff's is the only place my family and I trust to get a true evaluation of our cars' needs. Having owned vehicles for over 45 years, we have encountered many car dealers and auto shops profiteering from our limited knowledge of mechanics. At Graff's, you get what your vehicle needs...no more and no less. They will not talk you into repairs that are not needed. I can attest to that on an experience I had with them years ago them when I asked them to repair what my husband thought was a faulty problem (expensive replacement part). It turned out to be something completely different and at a 1/4 of the cost! When I again asked them about our original concern, they told me it was not the problem, but if I really want to spend the money to replace it, they would do it! Of course I said "no that's OK"! and went home. Whenever any of our family members go to Graff's, we never second guess their diagnosis. We do not hesitate to recommend them to our neighbours and friends.

This shop has saved my little yellow car and I trust them. It's the only place I can depend on as a female - Im constantly terrified of being taken advantage of by mechanics. It's happened before. But with graf, what they say, is what is going on. Rudy- my experience with him was great! Awesome, helpful, straight shooting guy. Chris- great mechanic too, he's the best! Prices are fair.
