I have dealt with Terry Cain and Karin before. Wonderful people. They've added a pleasant Chinese Canadian gentleman as well: Ricky, a damage estimator. I've NEVER been pressured to spend more money than necessary here. Just the $500 deductible. One feels greatly appreciated! They're very attentive to you. I'm impressed!
Terry doesn't waste time and tells me exactly what I would need to have done on my car. Karin is pleasant, courteous and quite frank! Ricky is patient and a good listener! Cheers!

Excellent service. Body work after a tree fell on my car was perfect. I was back today for a couple of minor adjustments which they happily did on the spot, plus they washed my car which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this place. Terry and his staff are excellent.

I was unlucky to get rear ended twice last year. My insurance company sent me here. The first time I asked the guy to please look at my sensors because they weren’t working, the guy told me my sensors weren’t there and brushed me off. Long story short, my sensors were there and they were damaged, and I was annoyed that the guy didn’t take time to acknowledge my complaint. They fixed my car well so the next time I went back there and got someone else to help me. Brian was amazing and listened to all my concerns and assured me he would check the sensors and made sure it was working properly. The car was fixed again perfectly. They will fix your car very well here, the service seems hit and miss (no pun intended!)

My car went to this shop under warranty parts replacement(rusted parts). Took longer than I was told, but was worth it, service was awesome and reliable, parts replaced (trunk and passenger doors) at zero cost and paint matched 100% no need for blend in color.
Repair shop even payed 2 days of my rental vehicle for taking longer than expected.
In general this shop made one more customer happy!
