(October 15, 2021, 4:35 am)I meant to write this review earlier but I really want to recognize Lorraine for her kindness & professionalism.
I was in a real bind this summer after returning to work after being on hiatus for 8 straight months due to covid lockdowns.
I worked 16 hours a day making up for lost time (and $). I had no time for my kids and truthfully only saw them for more than 3 hours maybe 4 times all summer.
I booked an amazing camping trip for the end of the summer where we could all reconnect… and wouldn’t you know it the adblu light on our Toureg came on the dash and wouldn’t go off after filling, no matter what we did.(we did a LOT of googling)
I was frantic. I called EVERYWHERE. No one could help us with only 3 days left until we were supposed to depart with our 21ft trailer.
Nearly in tears, I called Don Valley.
Lorraine didn’t even hesitate. She said that I certainly couldn’t cancel such a special trip and told me to get to the dealership as early as I could the following day. My husband was FLOORED. He couldn’t believe that someone would be so kind without anything to gain.
I want Lorraine to know what an amazing kindness she did for us… an how much we appreciated it. It was the most amazing time for us and I am truly forever grateful.
I will be sure to pay it forward on to someone else — that’s the best thing to do in a situation like this.
Little acts of kindness are few and far between these days… pass it on. -

(June 9, 2021, 3:08 pm)Such an awesome experience picking up a car here, super informative staff that where able to help learn all the new gadgets and options that the new cars come with. Set up Bluetooth and helped navigate the technology avaible in the car

(May 17, 2021, 2:38 am)Took my car in for service and tire change-over. The wait wasn't too long before the vehicle was brought it, because I know it's "tire season". Everyone usually comes at the same time as I understand that some cars may need more work than others. Not only did I need an oil change and tire swap, but I was due for a brake fluid flush and 4 wheel drive fluid change. I'm glad they let me know because I don't look at my owners manual. Keep up the good work!

(September 1, 2020, 2:08 am)Had another great experience here. Realized I've been coming to Don Valley VW for over 20 years now. They're just so straightforward and unpretentious and I really appreciate that. Got pads and rotors replaced on my Golf R. It was at the price they quoted, at the time they quoted. Nice complimentary Uber drop off and pick up as well. Couldn't be more pleased. I love a business that just gets the job done right. And their prices were actually better than the independents.
