Did the shingles at my in-laws house a last summer, this spring they've lost some shingles in wind storms.... We've left messages for them to come and repair but they don't return our calls. A it her contractor took a look and said they didn't peal off the plastic strip on the back of the shingles preventing them from binding with the shingle below,.... apparently this is a common lazy time saving practice that cheap roofers do. We're disappointed.
