I've never went to their boutique but met 2 sales ladies at the CNE booth, never heard of this company before but for the prices at the CNE and the quality, wow. I can't comment on service, only the product.
I bought it on a whim, hoping they were genuinely good, and I was right and lucky - they weren't lying. I've tried all sorts of candles at various price ranges so at this point, I'm somewhat of a novice connoisseur.
When it comes to quality candles, soy is often best in terms of burn time duration, not creating toxic black smoke, and you need quality essential oils to have strong quality scents (there are different grades). I can tell you this is delicious! I got myself 2x100 hour burn time and 1x50 hour burn time (convinced my sister to get 1x100 hour) and I'm telling everyone about them. I'm hoping they sell in boutiques at a fair price to get me some more!
