  Paul and his crew performed the job as agreed to in a timely and efficient manner. In replacing the main water line outside they also need to tap into the basement to connect and were very good in make the least amount of damage as I had just finished the basement. Would highly recommend him again.

  Paul from Drain 1 Plumbers was compassionate as he took his time to listen to all of my concerns. My apartment shower was leaking behind the wall. Many plumbing companies turned down the work as it was too minor or risky for them. Others were pricing the work too high. Through just a few photos I sent him, he guided me to the cheapest solution. Paul sent Andrew, his technician, within 24 hours. Andrew was very polite, knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns. His Technician took his time to make sure not only was the job done well but our washroom was left quite clean. I hope I do not have to call a plumber any time soon, but if I did, it would be Drain 1.

  We know Paul since 2015. We have used his services numerous times. We had a couple of issues with clogged pipes and multiple blockages throughout the house. He is a highly professional person and gives honest opinion. He is very hard working and amazing at what he does. I highly recommend his services.

  I called Drain 1 on a Friday at 10:30am & Paul sent Robert to my house at noon on the same day. Robert was very friendly & not only fixed the 1st issue that I had but took care of what turned out to be an extremely minor 2nd issue also.
  He didn't try to make the 1st problem bigger than it was so I appreciated that. I would definitely call them again - you get what you pay for.

  I had these guys come over on a Friday to inspect and unclog a sink. To find out that it wasn’t able to be done with just the snake. They came on a Sunday, yes I said Sunday to do the work as it was very much needed. See my house was sold and after it was this came up and the deal could have fell through if not fixed properly. These guys saved me and did a great job!!! Highly recommended...no hidden costs as they stuck to the quote.
