  The hotel is just ok. Had to wait really long for the check in (25 minutes). The rooms were clean. The breakfast was really minimalistic compared to other hotels. It is however close to the Pearson airport and they offer shuttle services, so I guess it could be a reasonable choice if flying out and looking for a place to sleep the night before.

  Room was decent. The shuttle to the airport didn't have enough room do we had to wait to the next shuttle. Then the shuttle from the airport to the hotel (for are car) made us wait like a hour and a half. They said that they ca,e and we weren't there but we were there. Seemed like there was a lot of pRobles with other people with the shuttle.

  Nice place and very close to the Pearson International Airport. However, service need to be improved upon. When I arrived at the Reception at about 10pm, it took about 7 mins for someone to appear at the Reception to check us in. After Check in, the intercom in our room did not work. Someone was asked to fix it but he could not. Though I was offered a room change, it was already late and I was exhausted after my long trip hence I declined. There was no complementary water in the room and I was made to go fill a water bottle at the Gym. I did not bother to take the complementary breakfast hence I'm unable to comment on it.
