  Hotel is currently under construction for a renovation which it badly needs. Rooms were clean but dimly lit. They allegedly have a Club Room on the 2nd floor. It is literally a room they pulled the beds out of. Unfortunately it was never open. They have a special Club Appreciation Hour at the Bar on Tuesdays from 5-6pm. Doesn't really help when they put the flyer for it in your room when they clean Tuesday afternoon. Since I walked into the room at 6:05pm it was rather disappointing. It's an Airport hotel, it's close and relatively inexpensive. You are going to hear planes at all hours and that shouldn't come as a surprise.

  The transfer bus provided by the hotel never showed up at the airport (a service we had payed for). We ended up taking a taxi there. The attention at the front desk was nice and polite when we explained the situation and to balance it, they provided us with two breakfast tickets for the next day. Very much appreciated.

  This hotel was a standard hotel. We were stuck in Toronto for 12 hours before our next flight, and they are very good to put us up for that time. They did serve a lovely Christmas brunch, as we were there on Christmas Day. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. A room is tidy. It is right by the airport, so you do hear the planes going by quite closely. However, we were really just there to sleep, and we did have a good sleep at that.
