My local bike shop referred me here as they didn't have many types of rack in stock. Shawn was great, very helpful, went through the various pros and cons of the rack and the platform styles that I was considering. Great advice and service, thank you!

(May 27, 2021, 3:59 pm)I never thought purchasing a bike could be such a pleasant experience. The team at Oxygen is amazing, I’ve honestly never encountered an ENTIRE team of sales folks that are as kind, helpful, and knowledgeable as this team.
The first time my partner and I went in to inquire about bikes, they were extremely helpful and we made our deposits right away for the bikes we wanted which were unfortunately on back order. Since then, they’ve been really great at contacting us as soon as something comes in to see if we’d be interested even if it’s not the exact model or colour, just to check because it never hurts to ask. And that’s how I got my bike despite not being the original colour and I actually love it more than what I had initially wanted!
Overall, such a great and enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back! -

Prices are pretty much what you would expect (nothing overpriced as far as I can tell) and their bike mechanic services are great! Keep up the great work everyone :)

(April 4, 2021, 4:55 pm)The owner Shawn drove by me this morning (Easter Sunday) he noticed I was pushing my bike as I had a flat and nothing to repair it with.
Shawn stopped and took the time out of his day to help me so that I could get back on the road. Its people like this that restore your faith in humanity.
Shawn has definitely gained a future customer when I next need repairs/services. -
