I did a basic tune-up with Luke, he responded to the service request right away and we could schedule it same week.
Luke was done in just 1 hour and my bike now runs smoother than ever. He recommended to change the worn out chain, had it in stock, and it took just 10 minutes to complete.
Also provides a copy of the work order.

(April 26, 2021, 10:38 pm)I reached out to Luke to get my hybrid bike tuned up for the summer. Every other shop that I called had at least a month wait for the earliest service appointment. Luke was prompt in his initial response and took me in the next day. When I brought in my bike, he performed an initial diagnosis and suggested I get the basic tune up. It then took him two days to finish the job, and that was only because he had several other bikes in queue before mine. When I picked up the bike, he asked me to take a test ride to make sure everything was OK. I rode away a happy customer.
I will definitely be going back to Luke and unreservedly recommend him to everybody. I especially appreciated that he didn't try to oversell me on the type of tune up I needed. Thanks Luke for your honesty and professionalism, and of course an excellent service. -

His prices were very reasonable and the work was done very well and quickly. Luke was always upfront about what needed doing and what could wait, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. He was very transparent about the work and included pictures for me so I understood what needed attention and why, which I really appreciate. I won't be going anywhere else. I would recommend working with him to anyone.

(April 18, 2021, 6:35 pm)Luke is an honest, hard working and very knowledgeable mechanic and bike repair specialist. I took my speed bike in for repair to get it up and running for spring cycling. The other shops in Etobicoke had 4-6 week wait times and their prices were EXTREMELY high for parts and simple tune ups. Luke took me in within a few days! His prices are extremely great value for the service and work he does. I will be visiting Luke again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

(April 14, 2021, 4:51 pm)Wow I am so glad to have found Luke and his shop. I brought my bike in on short notice, he promptly fixed the issues, explaining along the way what was going on. I took it for a spin and it was perfect. The prices are more than fair and Luke is very professional and friendly. As I told him when I was there, I will only be bringing my bike back to him from now on.
