I am moving into a new house she was on the ball had all my documents in order before even asking.. with all the stresses out there right now with COVID, this was one thing that I did not have even think about. She supplied excellent customer service and showed that she cares about the people she deals with. I try to send comments to companies when I have a great experience as I know people are more inclined to share bad experiences. In this case it was great and Karen should be recognized for it. Karen's help made the situation less stressful. Thank you Karen!
