  I've been to many bootcamps but Fit 1 was the most personalized group training I have ever done. Len brings elements from many different disciplines of physical and mental fitness into the workouts and assessments. He can figure out very quickly what you need, so you can follow him blindly, or like me you can do your own concurrent research and realize how knowledgeable Len is on the scientific theories that connect mind, body and the environment. I'm very thankful to him for creating such excellent programs for us.

  Len is an amazing trainer who really cares about the people he works with, the whole environment at Fit 1 Bootcamp is great. The workouts really challenge you to dig deep and push yourself. The equipment is great and Len uses it to make the workouts fun but also intense. This is a great place to attend, Len has really helped me to live a healthier lifestyle and get the results I’m looking for. I would highly recommend this place.

  One of the best fitness routines that are available for kids! It is actual a cross fit for children. The kids sweat, their muscles hurt and me as a parent can see the difference at my child's appearance, confidence and strength. Price wise is pretty good compared to the market as it offers a program three times a week. Bonus: the program does not stop at summer time like most extra curricular activities! So the kids keep on being healthy and active during the summer months as well! Thank you Len!
