My trainer John, took the time to get to the bottom of some back issues I was having when I first met him and developed an exercise program that dealt with the issue. In 3 weeks, I was pain free after months of suffering. I now see John regularly to do strength training. He adds variety to the program he sets up and challenges you so its never boring. I highly recommend Vio Fitness and John in particular if you want to work with a fitness trainer who really cares for your well being and is reliable.
