Coach Jay Lancucki guides you on your own journey to better understand the principles, and not just memorizing technique for technique, giving you a deeper appreciation and confidence in the art!
He is effective with his teachings, gets you to quickly perform under live situations, and enables you continue to grow and learn in the long-term.
Coach Jay goes the extra mile to share detailed answers to your questions, and have you feeling good with a belly full of laughter after every class!
The team-members here are super friendly, the environment is welcoming and chill, and the schedule has flexible training opportunities!
Having trained here for over 6 years, I can say that this is one of the best places to learn and makes you feel right at home!! -

Very approachable, ready to answer any question and explain why/how a particular detail of a technique works . Always encouraging and enthusiastic about seeing you progress. No egos, just a chill atmosphere. You know it's awesome when you always want to go to class. From the top down, all good people. At the age of 50, I find it a fun place to stay physically and mentally healthy. Just be prepared to laugh, Coach likes to drop jokes along with knowledge.

He has an incredible gift for teaching and breaks the complex into easily "digestible" and concise lessons.
