Ian is a great instructor who is excited about the sport of crossfit and it clearly shows in his enthusiasm while training. For someone who has no crossfit experience I found Ian to be thorough in explaining technique and the intentions behind exercises and would provide feedback during the exercise to ensure I was using the proper form.
