Two Short Storeys

Our little cub attended Two Short Stories for 2 years until graduating to JK. The staff is loving, nurturing and patient. The facilities are new and the owners are constantly thinking up new upgrades. The teachers work very hard at ensuring the program plan is well structured for optimal learning and transitioning to JK eventually. They delivered on their promise of ensuring this. My little guy adjusted great to an academically challenging school. Staff are responsive to feedback and are great about sharing the day the kids has via their app. They get parents messages in real-time. This was a big perk for ease of communication. We have lived through a pandemic w this school and we are pleased how things were overall handled in such a challenging time. The food by the way is truly made from scratch by their in-house Chefs. The meals are culturally diverse to engage the palet and delicious. The kids eat what they otherwise may not at home. One year I even heard that the Chef stayed up until 2am to cook turkeys for thanksgiving. Holidays are very special to for the kids thanks to all the love that the Chefs pour into the meal prep! Very fresh and this is coming from a wife of a chef. Can't say enough nice things about this daycare.

We have been very happy with Two Short Storeys. Our child joined the preschool program almost a year ago, and it's been wonderful preparation for kindergarten. The teachers are kind, warm, supportive, and flexible. Admin has been responsive and proactive. There is a wonderful focus on the development of socio-emotional skills, independence, as well as fine/gross motor, phonics etc. Their protocols during Covid made us feel comfortable sending our child throughout. They have good outdoor space, and the meals and snacks are prepared fresh daily by an in-house chef. The HiMama app is a great tool to keep us informed about the day-to-day activities, as well as quick communications. Our child has flourished in their care, and we are so thankful to have been part of the TSS community!

I have nothing but good things to say about Two Short Storeys and the staff. My daughter was well cared for and she loved her teachers. Having the app to communicate and see photos was a major bonus and made me feel so much better. During COVID, they had excellent protocols and I always felt like they were doing their best to maintain a clean and safe space for the kids. Highly recommend this daycare to any parents!

TSS is amazing. The staff, management, food, facilities, and location are top notch. Our son is enrolled in the infant room and the love and care he receives from Chante, Thalita, and Ashley makes us feel completely at ease as parents. Jamie, Dustin, and Ashley are attentive to any questions you have and easy to work with during the application process. They make all of their food in-house and pay special attention to each child’s needs. At TSS they use the HiMama app which is great to get updates during the day on your child. If you’re looking for a place to enrol your child look no further. 5 out of 5.

We still can't believe that we found such an amazing daycare nearby. Everyone there really cares and creates a wonderful environment for the kids. Great teachers, great organization, great food. Very happy.
