Kenneth, Kayla, and Neil took care of everything from inspecting/recommending updates to finding high quality tenants while handling all showings. We used their contractor Yohan and team to get our place to a high standard while keeping expenses in check. Incredibly professional team, great communication and will work with again.

He was referred to me by a friend as I was struggling to find a place in Toronto and he made the whole experience very smooth and reassuring. He was super communicative and replied to all my texts right away and was incredibly efficient in setting up viewings and working around my work schedule. He also took the time to learn what I wanted in a place and ensured that I found something which was within my list of requirements and I couldn’t be more pleased with the place he found for me. Bahder made the nightmare that is finding an apartment in Toronto a breeze and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
