I explained our problem with a toilet that was now leaking and we had a house full of guests! Even though he was busy he made a point to help us out after he finished other scheduled jobs for the day. He was patient, professional and empathetic to our situation. In less than 30 minutes everything was handled and we were so grateful. This is a caring contractor that we will schedule future work soon. Yes, we highly recommend!

(February 9, 2022, 7:05 pm)Luc was hired for investigating and cleaning our main SAN drain, replacing toilet bowl and installing laundry tub including reorganizing and securing piping against the wall as it should've been done by builder to begin with. I am in the construction business and I can say that Luc is very experienced and knowledgeable. The job was done professionally and appreciate quick response. We would definitely hire Luc again.

We found a small leak in the basement and traced it to a sewage disposal pipe and were worried about waste leaking into our basement. We called BBL and they showed up within minutes, assessed the situation, reassured us that repairs would be quick, gave us a reasonable quote and made us feel comfortable with the work to be done and options available to us.
They completed the work within 24 hours of our initial call to them, amazed at the lightning speed of service and quality of work! All work was completed quickly and cleaned up better than it was when they came in. It's also a bonus that they live and work in the area so I trust that they stand by their work and have a strong reputation to uphold.
I would highly recommend starting any plumbing related work you have by having Luc and his team come in to help you out. -

(December 17, 2021, 2:55 am)Luc came on short notice and installed a new drain, drilled a larger hole for the new faucet in soap stone and replaced old valves. He then ensured our dishwasher was realigned. We are thrilled to have a local plumber who is professional friendly and goes out of his way to make sure your plumbing is in good order! Thank you Luc for providing a great service to the Beach and Leslieville!
