(September 1, 2017, 2:12 am)Staff are doing an excellent job of programming for both the social and physical needs of seniors. I particularly enjoy the FELDENKRAIS program. FELDENKRAIS is a very gentle series of movements which cause no stress, injury or fatigue to the body. The result of these gentle movements is a decrease in joint pain, increased fluidity of movement and an overall improvement in balance, strength and body awareness.
FELDENKRAIS has helped many participants regain mobility after surgery, accident or stress that has resulted in restricted movement. -
