She offered me alert, deeply caring, trustworthy support and guidance. This included substantial EMDR work, which sapped triggering memories of their destructive power, and left me equipped with my own healing resources for the future. As a matter of habit, Natalie shares with her clients a treasure trove of information about materials, practices and people who are out there to help. She was incredibly kind and compassionate but also didn’t shy away from pointing out any areas where my thinking was distorted. I would always leave with a new perspective on whatever we were discussing, and practical steps to continue the work in my day to day life. Our work together was very healing and I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting help.

I have been able to run workshops with Natalie as well as collaborate on therapeutic disclosures. Natalie brings a rich knowledge of addiction, betrayal trauma, and mental wellness to her field. Her demonstration of compassion, containment, and accountability with her clients is admirable to witness and I would highly recommend her to any client seeking support.
