It's working out that doesn't feel strenuous. I come out feeling stretched and relaxed. I would recommend her to anyone interested. It's fun 😁

(February 19, 2023, 5:37 pm)I have been thinking of trying Pilates for some time now as I heard it can be amazing. I had my first session with Jaime and it was a wonderful experience. I really like the fact it's smaller classes makes you feel comfortable and gives Jaime the opportunity to focus on each individual. Jaime was great with instructions and adjusting my posture. Until today, I actually didn't realize how much strength I have. Thank you Jaime for the great experience. I will definitely be booking more sessions.

(February 12, 2023, 1:44 am)The best experience I have had doing Pilates. Jaime actually cares about what your doing and fixes your form if your not doing it right. Music and whole vibe makes you feel very comfortable… Highly recommend!!
