(November 2, 2020, 1:29 am)Today I was shopping for a cross country ski package. I went to some of the bigger stores in Barrie. They had little to no inventory and little to no customer service. It was suggested to me to go to Hardwood Hills. A young man working on Sunday afternoon was very nice and knowledgeable about the equipment and fitting. I now have my new skis and will return to Hardwood Hills when in need of anything else and skiing.

(October 7, 2020, 4:04 am)I love coming to Hardwood ski and bike, what an amazing place to learn or for experience riders. The staff are wonderful and helpful, and they offer rentals if needed.. The trails are well looked after and when your done riding there is a outdoor seating area. Tons of parking! Happy mountain biking!!

Don't have a wicked bike? Rent one! I have a very cool bike on the way from California, but on this day I had to rent. I paid $68 for a high-end Cannondale full suspension bike with lockout and seat dropper! Super impressed.
They even have electric car Chargers... Mind you only 30amps, divided by two (if 2 are charging at once) but still better than nothing.
