(April 17, 2019, 8:41 pm)Got a great deal on a used bike. Excellent product selection and knowledge. Unfortunately the derailleur broke after a couple weeks and I was stranded on the trail.
Thankfully the guys at the shop are great with customer service. They came and picked me up and fixed the bike that day.
Overall very happy and will continue to support this business. Sometimes you get a lemon or things break. It's how the business handles it that shows you their true colours. -

(October 6, 2018, 2:39 am)Absolute top marks all around. I brought in my almost 20 year old Trek to ask if it was worth tuning up or if I needed a new bike. After asking a few questions about how, and how much, I ride, Tristan suggested the tune up. When I picked it up, the bill was very reasonable. And it feels like a brand new bike! Very very happy with the service and the work. And because of his integrity, I will absolutely be shopping there when the time comes for me to upgrade.
