You installed this glass in Your R V yourself, after we had repaired it successfully in your frame at our shop with 2mm glass.
It broke as you say 2 days later...as per our conversation,,there is no guarantee on glass breakage when it leaves our shop, and certainly not when we do not install it.
If we do the work, and glass does break on site, then of course we get another piece and finish the job,,and breakage is part of the glass business,,,,it's breakable!
This is the reason most people will pay for our services, rather than spend money on glass, only to break it themselves..I'm sorry your feelings are hurt.
Please let me know when you find a reputable glass company that guarantees customers own glass breakage.
