I was so pleased with the personal consult I had with Ryan where he determined what brace would work for me, and assisted in the fitting. I can be a stubborn client and didn't really want a brace, but knew it was needed. Ryan was kind and compassionate during my frustration and I'm so glad to have his patient manner see me through. The GenuTrain brace really holds my kneecap in place and I can walk with confidence on floors the used to knock it out of place. Thank you Kratos!
