Smaller classes that make it easier to relax
I had my first yoga class with Chris last week and it was wonderful. I have not attended a yoga class since university, and it was as awesome as I remember it to be. Chris is very attentive to ensure safety and that the poses are correct. She makes yoga accessible to both the super beginners and the advanced!
