(August 2, 2021, 1:31 am)I started my yoga journey in January of 2021 after spending time in lock down. Feeling tired, sluggish and experiencing stiff joints. I was somewhat apprehensive to start practicing yoga - trying some poses really intimidating. Carol put us at ease right away. Starting slow, allowing progress at a good and gentle pace. Seven moths later I have more strength and flexibility and I feel so much better. Thank you Carol your sessions are just awesome.
