She keeps an eagle eye on your form throughout the class to ensure you’re doing poses correctly and muscles are getting a true workout which I love. She mixes it up to keep classes interesting and challenging. Class space is lovely with plenty of natural light and combined with Anna herself, has a very positive energy.

(September 17, 2022, 9:08 pm)I first met Anna at a local studio that has since closed. I was looking for a workout that would increase my strength without hurting my joints. Her classes were always the most effective and entertaining so I joined her membership program once the studio closed down. Since working with Anna I’ve felt a huge improvement in my strength, flexibility, & balance. She has a very sharp eye for proper technique and keeps us laughing all class. I recommend Anna’s classes for anyone who wants an effective workout and increased flexibility that’s also easy on their joints.
