Your calm and encouraging voice allow me to relax and focus on simple yet important things, like my breathing and my tight muscles. I leave the class feeling refreshed and mentally energized. I’ve been taking Yoga with Michelle Atzenwiler for about 10yrs now and highly recommend her classes to everyone, no matter your level of ability. Her passion for Yoga is evident from the moment you meet her. Whether taking her in-person classes or her virtual classes, I always feel like a million bucks when we’re done! She’s been an absolute lifesaver throughout this pandemic, by helping to instil a sense of peace and calm.😌🙏🏼
