(October 1, 2017, 7:41 pm)My sisters and I chose the Italian Cooking Lesson this past weekend with Phillip and Leeanne and enjoyed every minute. We learned how to prepare and cook homemade pasta, make fresh tomato sauce and pesto sauce and my favourite was the Wild Mushroom Risotto. Not only did we prepare the dishes, we sat and enjoyed our efforts at the end of the night.

(May 26, 2016, 9:35 pm)We had such an amazing evening! I had 5 friends come to Collingwood and Collingwood Cooking Academy did a wonderful class for the them and myself and 2 other Collingwood friends. We learned lots of great cooking techniques and had a wonderful dinner all in an fun atmosphere.
We will definately be going back again!!
