  Tomas is easy to communicate with, professional and makes the entire selling process a breeze. At first we were nervous about selling our home. Being first time home sellers we had many questions, such as, how do we sell our house? who do we turn too? what price to sell at? and if we were making the right decision. We called up Tomas and he came to our home and settled our nervousness and made the entire process simple and exciting. We were extremely happy with our decision to choose Tomas. Tomas and his team made a extremely professional video presentation of our house, where it felt like it was made by movie producers. Style, elegance and keeping things simple are just a few words that describe Tomas' services. Our home sold within a week, with multiple offers. We knew that the market was a hot one - but because Tomas took the extra steps to represent our home we were that much more successful in the market. After we sold we were able to move onto the next step with him, house hunting! We had a specific vision of what we wanted to buy. Tomas was there every step of the way - no matter how many (there were many) houses we visited Tomas was always there not pushing us, listening to our needs and always offering sound advice. Tomas cares for his clients and works hard to get what they are actually looking for. He wants you to be completely satisfied with your house purchase.
