  I was placed with Margo when our family Realtor went on vacation. I knew that if my Realtor was partnering us up she must have a tremendous amount of trust in Margo. I was needing a home soon and was actively searching. During that time the Barrie market was red hot and homes in my price range were selling within a day or two of being listed requiring a Realtor that understood we couldn't wait for a convenient time to book a viewing; we needed to move fast! I was so impressed with Margo's availability and her drive to get me into a great home quickly, without sacrificing my needs.
  
  Being a first time homebuyer I didn't know much (more like anything!) about buying a home. She walked me through every house (of which there were many), was happy to book second viewings, guided me, based on her expertise, on what a fair offer would be, and of course every bit of the paperwork. In 7 days together we saw so many homes, made multiple offers and helped me buy my very first home. I am so grateful for her invaluable assistance, endless patience, and attention to the tiniest of details that helped me finally have a home of my very own.

  Margo helped me purchase a home in 2017. She was very patient, professional and pleasant to work with. She pointed out pros and cons as we toured many different homes...and guided me to make the best purchase to suit my needs. Very happy with her advice and service.

  Margo thoughtfully and professionally guided us through the purchase of our first home in Barrie. She was patient and knowledgeable in helping to determine our wants and needs in a home and working with us to find suitable properties. She made us feel confident throughout the whole process and was always available to answer questions. Our first home is everything we were looking for and more. We will definitely use Margo again and have had the pleasure of reccomending her to several friends!
