(June 15, 2020, 12:26 am)Just did their beef short ribs and their ground beef over the weekend - used the ground beef in a beef kofta
Amazing flavor and texture in both cases. The ribs were still deep with the meaty richness even after 3hrs on low. Fell off the bone, just fatty enough to really heighten the flavor
The ground beef was a perfect base for the kofta - 12 minutes on the BBQ at about 500 and it was perfect
We will be placing another order this year
