I love Heather's sourdough class. It's easy to follow with great resources and best of all my bread and pizza tastes amazing.

Heather's support for her students with live Q&As in her closed Facebook is extremely helpful. She answers questions about your baking experience quickly and provides feedback on your bread from pictures you post. I'm amazed how much she could tell about how I prepared my dough just from a picture!

Highly recommended if you're looking to learn sourdough bread making!

What's not to like. Heather's a great teacher, has taken care to write all instructions clearly and includes FB access where one can ask questions if needed. Her videos are well done, good quality and simple to follow. I hit pause a lot and go back over them frequently. Having the recipe and back up support is well worth investing in this course.

Heather's basic sourdough course gave me the confidence and the knowledge to be able to relax and enjoy a process that I'd always been reluctant to tackle. Her instruction is clear and the video format allowed me to learn techniques, step-by-step, quickly and easily. With Heather's help, sourdough has become a staple at our house, simple, wholesome and satisfying.
