(May 20, 2023, 6:06 pm)Our 10 year old was very fortunate to have the opportunity to spend time with on the ice with Valley Apex Training Grounds. Drake was able to implement the skills he learned with Kevin in game situations throughout the season playing AA and recently playing AAA spring hockey. He now has confidence using different skills that he did not know how to do before. Having Kevin explain drills before hand ensured that the ice time was used efficiently. Pretty cool to see your 10 year old being able to perform skills used by NHL players. I definitely recommend training with Valley Apex.

(May 8, 2023, 4:20 pm)Valley Apex has been an great place to join. I have been going to the gym for about a month with my 8 year old son. As someone getting back into fitness I have finally found a spot where I feel comfortable and greeted with a smile from the staff and other gym members. My son loves going to and asks every week if it is crossfit day! This is such a community and I love going to see how I can improve my health every week. Valley Apex is definitely a place that if your starting your journey this is the place to do it!!!!

The space is great and has a really welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like you're part of a community. Laura really takes the time to go over the workouts with everyone and provides one-on-one time to ensure proper form and technique, as well as modified workouts. I appreciate the attention to detail and the sense of community within the gym. Highly recommend!

My daughter also does the Train 2.0 with Coach Kevin on ice and I cannot say enough about her improvements over the course of the season. Kevin works so intently with each individual skater and you can see his work ethic and pride as each skater improves.

Coach James not only coaches but mentors the skills both on and off the ice to be a successful goalie.
You get much more than simply an hour of his time. He shows up to your games to provide feedback, to your tryouts to offer suggestions and sends you exercise, feedback videos, diets, stretching clips to improve your game.
He works the basics, reviews until mastered and brings in the new techniques with all the bells and whistles that keeps goalies of all ages intrigued and driven to grow in their craft.
He speaks their language like only another goalie can. He's more than a coach but a friend.
