She came directly to our home and was able to show us how to use our own equipment in our own environment. Freya has an uncanny ability to read her clients' abilities, physical needs and even the emotions related to physical health. My boys learned the basics of working out that will help them in all of their future sports endeavors and gave me the energy and strength I needed to keep up with them! Thank you Freya, can't wait to train with you again.

Freya is an incredibly talented, wise, patient and motivating trainer who has a skillful ability to "zero in" on that crucial balance between physical strength, fitness and overall wellness. She's helped me push my limits while always progressing. I feel the healthiest and strongest I've ever felt in my life because of Freya's guidance and expertise.
