The CEO and management are great. The people working there are all passionate about their jobs and its lovely to see. When I first started there, everyone was very welcoming and sweet. But as I stayed longer, I realised that there is just too much drama happening internally between coworkers, and favouritism/ bias within a team made the environment very stressful. When I finished off my lasts 2 weeks here, I experienced a lot of hostility from certain coworkers (especially those above me), and it was a very unpleasant experience. With that being said, I also had a ton of positive responses from people outside my immediate team that were genuinely happy for my new opportunity elsewhere. I left this company for my own personal growth in my career and have always remained close friends with past coworkers, but regretfully this is not the case here.
In summary, I believe this company is great and contributes positively to research. They care very much about their animals. But with that said, a company isn't just based on the work they do, but also the people who represent this company, so the few superiors that have soured my experience here is why I give it a 3 star rating.
